Did not resolve issue with car. Car was taken to an independent repair company and they charged 150$ compared to the 550$ the service department wanted to charge
Worst dealership will never return there in sales dept did go above and help us get into a car and service dept no communication

Went to pick up my truck and the job was not Completed Sensor light still flashing

The welcome was great. But when it comes to the choice of car/prices it became an issue. I told them my budget was tight, I explained that I could only make payments below a certain amount but when they lead the plan the payment was above my budget. I felt like I couldn't leave until I made the deal. Making me feel uncomfortable and like a hostage. Until I close the deal THEY were happy. I left upset.

Usually I like this location but this time the amt of my estimate doesn’t add up to what I paid which was about $100 more even with the extra charge of the oil change. Also, When I signed the paperwork at drop off it only had 3 items listed but when my husband picked up the car there was a oil change added to it and he was told that I authorized it at drop off and signed for it which I DID NOT. I wouldn't have gone to a dealer for an oil change except for the coupon they sent me as a nice gesture for having a recall repair done prior. The coupon came as a flier & assumably it was to give them a chance at providing great customer service & perhaps get some repair or maintenance done on my very basic Sentra. I called 3 times to find out if they would replace the transmission or CVT filter while performing the service. The service advisor never called me to verify the replacement. We were told it has no filter when in actuality there is a filter after researching the topic. I won't return for any additional work as the are not fully staffed to even return a customers call. This facility has even forgot to replace the locking wheel lugs after a previous tire rotation I lost one and had to tighten the. up myself. Nothing has change... read more

No contact, no one knew who anyone was. No feed back. It took probably two days longer than it should which almost wrecked my vacation. On the good side, they worked well with my 3rd party warranty and got my part covered and fixed.

No establishment should be allowed to treat customers like this and not have changes made. The customer service was aggressive and the attitude of the managers and general manager was revolting, which was reflected in the rest of the staff.
