There was poor communication. First we were not told the problem until we called, then we were not informed that the part did not arrive, so when we called to see if the car was finished then we were informed that the work had not even begun.

It was nice at drop off. I asked if they could do the oil change faster then 1 and half hours. I couldn't go anywhere. They offered uber to go across to mall. So I did. I ordered food because of how long the wait was to be. They called within 30 minutes. I told them I would eat and he said just call when I was ready. So I did in 15 minutes and no answer. These people are liars they are not reliable at all! I've been there twice trying to get a car and they always try to tell me that they can't help me unless I have thousands down I even seen signs that say bad credit no credit no problem and then they'll still tell me that my credit is not good enough for them to help me so you guys are reliable Liars

The only problems I have is with customer service customer service is always right the customer is always wrong I have took my car there multiple times they broke my door on the passenger side it wouldn't open or closed the passenger window won't roll down all the way the drivers door rattles when you turn up the music there are scratches on the car that I've been there since I purchased it and this is a new vehicle it wasn't pre-owned they spilled oil all over my engine and didn't clean it I take my car in nice and clean fr... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used the Nissanusa.com website to build my "dream car". This is likely the last brand new car we'll buy because I work from home & hubby just retired. It took 4 hours that was a long time, and then I got home and they still haven't.The notice is off of my car so it's still popping up that it needs maintenance.I live out of town
Other employees were not very helpful or friendly at all. Richard was very nice. Part man was also friendly and helpful
I worked for a dealership for many years I took my car in for the noise it was making they put a part on saying that's what it was but it still made the noise they couldn't figure it out but still charge me for the parts that didn't fix the problem over $700 later one other thing any car that came into the dealership that I worked at we always washed it I thought that they would at least run it through the car wash I guess things have changed LOL
