My Pathfinder was serviced and it took nearly 2 weeks when I was given a time frame of 2 days!. Then when I received my vehicle back it had a cracked windshield which they claim they did not do. My visibility is poor and they will not replace it.
The managers were extra pushy to buy a car, even when we denied them more than 10 times she kept coming back and trying to get us into something even if we didn’t want it because we’re supposed to be trying to help our credit and said we can’t buy a house without getting this car She was extremely rude and pushy and rude to her employees. Service was terrible. You don’t have a car wash that has been working. That hasn’t been working for two years. The service manager was very responsive. However, management has failed to meet expectations does not return my calls.

The dealer promise to wash the car during services and every time the machine is not working or they don't have personnel
Took my car in for a diagnostic with an appointment at 10am and they told me they would have to take it to hyundai even though I bought the car there. I left my car there and waited for a call that I never got so I decided to call around 4:30 pm and they said it was still at hyundai and would let me know.
