I was sold a car on July 5, 2022. Waited until September 8, 2022 just to get the damage repaired since date of sale, headlights and driver door panel. They have had vehicle since September 8th and now they are refusing to repair anything. But, my headlights and door have been needing repair since the sale day, literally, how can you be okay with treating me this way. T.L. Terrell

I and My wife had a supper supper bad experience with this dealership. I am so disappointed about the service and managers. Especially, her name is Laura ( sales manager at Reliable Nissan). They never check the vehicle before selling to the customer. We traded in the ford explore 2018 to get the used Lincoln Navigator Reserve 2019 over 39,000 miles with 70000$ and after 2 days later, my vehicle appeared check engine light on the dashboard. Needed to get 1 piece fixed on my car. They asked me "would you take your bad review down if we fix the little problem. Which was only a piece needing to be clamped down. Have not heard a word back from them. Oh but they wanted me to remove my review right away. This company has really disappointed me. Seems like they only care about ratings.

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I didn't ask for any additional things done to the vehicle. After doing first wash notice something very minor. I'm still within warranty time only had a week and Craig can't help doing anything. But oh they were sure quick to take My money. Very disappointed...

I purchased a new 2021 Rogue from Reliable and was promised a free oil change. When I set up for appointment they gave a run around, no one would help me. Very poor service No consideration. After you buy a car from them, they treat you very badly.

My husband and I went to Reliable Nissan to purchase a vehicle. It was an experience. Kenny Drosco hadn’t looked into why our warranty was canceled. I contacted the correct place to cancel the warranty because we no longer have the car and they told us the dealership canceled the warranty. Now what if something major went wrong with the vehicle I would be the one paying that bill because they didn’t look into why my warranty was canceled. The car that we wanted wasn’t there when we got there despite them calling and confirming 20 minutes before we arrived. It was sold the day before and even though we asked if it was still available when we were on our way, we were not informed. The sales manager was awful and told us how we should basically be grateful for what they showed us or walk off the lot. Needless to say we did walk off and bought a car next door.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not shop at “reliable” Nissan, was told 45 on my trade in and when ready to move forward and sign papers I am told actually we can only do 38. Communication has been horrible and is insanely unprofessional beyond any experience I have ever had from a business let alone a dealership. I later decided to give them a shot at selling me their car and I’d sell mine elsewhere. They said if I delete review. I just visited Reliable Nissan to buy out my lease. Finance Manager Nick Anaya and I presume Finance Director Paul Bateman (Nick mentioned a "Paul") attempted to charge me $800 for a "Safety Inspection" even though my car has been in their shop previously; they also planned on charging me for an emissions inspection - even though I reside in Rio Rancho and it's not required, and they planned on charging me for excess mileage even though I was buying out my car.
