UNRELIABLE! Don't buy Protection plans. They will lie and say it includes oil changes to get the sale then never honor it. Make a big show of clearing with sales manager but do not honor their word. Get complete documentation! Do not trust anything! (my mistake). Supposedly had a 48 month protection plan with oil changes for $1196 but only got 4 oil changes! Recall (Manufacture Defect ) I went to Reliable Nissan today. At service , I told the representative that they emailed me a RECALL FOR MY NISSAN TRUCK. Then he said "You need to have an appointment for it" Then I said "An appointment for manufacture defect !!! He said YES, I went to Malloy Nissan they check my truck issue and fixed it for me, No appointment required. RELIABLE NISSAN !! THEY DON'T CARE ABOURT YOU AFTER YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM.

Worst experience ever!! I bought my first car from Reliable Nissan and it was by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I left the lot crying, twice! I went in on a Sunday, just to look but of course they suckered me into going in and we talked numbers. I told them my price range and everything seemed to be going well.
