Worst Customer Service I purchased a used 2012 Toyota Camry from Reliable Nissan about 5 weeks ago. I love the car but after purchasing the vehicle I am yet to get help with anything. CAR DIDN'T START 20 MIN AFTER PURCHASE !!! Recently purchased a car from this place and not 20 minutes after we bought it and pulled it off the lot, it didn't start. We got it jumped and brought it right back. Their service department checked it and told us there was nothing wrong. Buyer Beware Bought a Titan XD and had some problems with the truck. A collapsed or "seized up" control arm on a truck with less that 15k miles, diesel fumes in the cab and squeaking (again, less than 15k miles)10 days to repair and the squeaking and diesel fumes in the cab were not fixed. At least they replaced the control arm in 10 days. Nissan flew out a special mechanic but Reliable didn't have an "equivalent" loaner vehicle. No returned calls from dealer Bought a 2014 SIlverado and added MPP warranty and ZAKTEK service. Decided to cancel ZAKTEK four days later. Called and spoke with Malik. He stated he would find out the process and would get back to me. He never did. Left several voice messages and he never returned my call. This pretty sums up how reliable does business. When you call you get transferred and or answering machines! Bad service, they aren't finished when they say they will be. Typical slimy salesman, waited too Long and they even forgot we were coming to pick up our brand new car.
Dealer review The sales person had no interest in helping someone with car buying, only promoted credit as sole concern, and was inexperienced in the business, would not recommend others to Reliable
But go in with caution. There are gimmicks. I would have given them a 5 if they were a bit closer to offer made on the Internet. The Internet made a trade in value and the dealership something else. I understand this was a gimmick. I think the sales person did his best; but I also think his hands were tied.
Unreliable Nissan Poor communication and customer service: ignored my calls all day, left my car sitting in the lot all day with no service despite an appointment made well in advance - car still sat overnight waiting service. Had me waiting over an hour after telling me to be there at 8 the next morning. I finally asked for my car back at 9 am without it being serviced. Going to the other dealer though it's 30 minutes away.
