I drove into the service bay to have my oil changed and was greeted by a person that told me she was a greeter and asked how she could help. The sales associate was very informed and new his product. However the negotiations on price and delivery took many hours more that it should have considering it was a cash purchase. The time required when picking up the car and finishing the paper work was ridiculous. It has been 2 months and they have still not conpleted their commitments
Do NOT buy from this dealership! They talk about this great 21-point inspection their used cars have to go through and pass - what an absolute joke! My 70-year old mother bought a 2007 Murano from this dealership with the assurance that it was a good, reliable vehicle. Within the first 45 days she had to replace the battery, which they were eager to sell her for $150! We went to purchase a used vehicle they had, I wanted. My friend was co signing for me so they pulled my friends credit before they came back to tell us that they sold the vehicle I was there to get.No good communication there. the sales person bateman she was nice and very helpful, it was after that when i had to deal with the finance people the first gentleman that i dealt with was good it is when his superviser came out. On Saturday, June 4th I had an appointment for recall (Engine Control Module) work to be performed on my 2005 Nissan Xterra. When I initially made my appointment on the phone, I was told my car would be needed for approximately one and a half hours. I arrived for my appointment at 8 A.M. (my appt was for 8:30) and at that time I was told that they would need my car for 3 hours. On two separate occassions my girlfriend has taken her Maxima to Reliable Nissan for service. Each time various service items have been recommended that I consider complete overkill. On the first visit she was hearing a loud squeak from the engine compartment. We were told it was a belt problem that needed changing and the transmission oil needed changing along with a fuel injector cleaning. We began working with Reliable Nissan through the NEA union, which provides a auto program similar to Costco's and others; it guaranteed a price of $300 over invoice for a vehicle equipped exactly as I specified. I was contacted very quickly by Leila Fahkrai who provided a great experience over the phone. Came in today after we had purchased an Altima from them about 2 months ago. We came in to cancel their so called "Maintenance Plan" which technically only includes three oil changes a year, and a set of free windshield wipers for $2000. Now the plan when it was explained to us included wear and tear with it; however, we did our own investigation and found out it didn't!
