Ripped Off,taken advantage, did not do work as described. On 04/22/2014 I brought my 2005 Nissan Altima in because the starter was not working. I was charged $786.00 dollars. I was quoted by Santa Fe Auto it would be $280.00 total for parts and labor for the starter. After they claimed the work was completed - the car wouldn't start, I had to wait 30 minutes for it start and it barely ran. I brought it Southern Auto in Rio Rancho and they replaced a sensor and said there was no work done on the starter. I was ripped off and ... read more
I purchased a used vehicle from Reliable Nissan on Sept. 29th of 2013 . It is a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport. 4 Days after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on and the cruise control stopped working. I took the vehicle in to have them check the vehicle out, I could not leave it that day because I needed to take it out of town on a trip. They told me it would be a quick fix and to bring it back on Monday. I took the vehicle in for repair on a Monday in October and got it back on a Thursday and they fixed the pro... read more
These folks didn't seem to want to sell cars. I don't expect any dealership to give me a car but I do expect them to be reasonable, especially when trying to buy last year's model. For the 2013 model we were interested in they had around 15 on the lot. 2014s are arriving in a couple of weeks but they seemed to want to hold on to the 2013s. It's not the good old days for car dealers when they had all the information and buyers had none. We pretty much know what cars are worth today as they sit on your lot. I would not go so f... read more
Very bad experience had engine work done there they forgot a part full 60 days later less than 1500 miles on the car and somehow it's my fault. The mechanic there left an engine bolt out which slowly drains my oil over 1500 miles and now my engine has a knock and they won't warranty their work. Will never use or work with this dealership again!!!!!
BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! When I walk into a dealership I BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! When I walk into a dealership I expect professionalism, excellent customer service, to be treated with respect and honesty. My experience with Cindy & Mike was far from it. Both of these individuals lied to my face and disrespected me. Customer service should be the most important aspect of their jobs! Just because you own the place doesn't mean you can treat people anyway you want. It amazes me that Reliable Nissan is still in business! I wish I wou... read more
I've been taking my Nissan Xterra to Jack Key Nissan in Las Cruces, NM since I bought the vehicle. I recently moved to Rio Rancho NM and was looking for a dealership to take care of my vehicle just like Jack Key. After 160k miles, I have not had one major issue with the vehicle. The most work I have done on the vehicle was my 100k mile maintenance. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation since there were zero issues with the vehivle since my last appointment at Jack Key Las Cruces three months ago. I ... read more
I was sold a wonderful car that I truly wanted. Within 30 days I was informed That my employer took too long returning employer verification to the bank so The original loan offer had expired. "My employer" brought me into the office the Day they got the verification and sent it back the same day so I know that was a lie. After much stress, I decided to return the vehicle. I was told that I would be given my $1000 down payment back as it wasn't my fault the vehicle was being returned. I was told that 500 Would be in a check ... read more
We brought our Nissan in for service after the tire pressure light and check engine light came on. The tire pressure issue was resolved by changing one of the sensors and it was determined that the check engine light was on due to an issue with the exhaust system. The exhaust system was replaced under warranty, but during the repair, they damaged and had to repair our radiator. When we picked up our vehicle we immediately noticed a noise when the AC was turned on and a strong smell of antifreeze. We reported it to the mechan... read more
Salesperson here was a nice person. When it came time to finance however......Terrible. First off, I told them I was looking for a vehicle, and didnt want a credit pull. They said they just needed info to make an offer on my trade. LIE. First thing this morning I have a hard inquiry on my credit, when I SPECIFICALLY said to both the sales person and the manager that I didnt want it pulled yet. Secondly, they kept insisting on putting me in a vehicle that I repeatedly told them I wasnt interested in. Third(and the worst) they... read more
