I tried to take my dog in to Value Pet Clinic Renton because of some issues. I called them this morning and was able to get a 2:30 pm appointment. I followed all of there steps when I arrived. They keep me waiting over 38+ minutes in the parking lot with no communication at all other then when I had arrive which was at 2:25pm. Don't bother. I waited 50 minutes with my scared cat, staff did not bother to tell me how long to wait or if they are going to see us. They did not bother calling or tell anything. The "customers" keep coming in, who came to parking lot much later. I called them several times, not once they told me time frame or any expectations. Suck big time, don't waste your time.

Never go to this clinic! Stuff is disrespectful!!! If you made an appointment you can forget about that, you will stand by the door like an hour and wait until they will take your animal. Also when you will call them they will say that they are coming by they are actually not. It's really unprofessional and unreasonable. If you want to have a good service go to another clinic

This place you must make a appointment to do an appointment that day. They do not make appointments for another day and only are open daily till 4 PM. You can only call starting at 9AM and keep calling till hopefully can get through before 9:45 PM, sometimes earlier than that. They'll be full by then and have to call again another day. The problem is the phones are always busy and once put on hold will not get back to you till 30 minutes later if then even. During COVID, you couldn't walk in with your animal. You had to call in the morning, get a time to come, let them know when you arrived and wait in your car. I got there on time, talked with the receptionist and was told that it would be a little bit. After 45 minutes in my hot, sunny car, I waited on the sidewalk by the door. After one hour and 10 minutes when a technician came out for another person/animal, I complained to her about the long wait and after a few minutes she took my cat. I've been coming here for years because this is very close to my house, and I like the flexibility of not scheduling appointments and being able to walk in. Unfortunately over the past few months my dogs have needed more consistent care, and their process during covid has been abysmal. Nothing is spelled out on their website or voicemail, but basically they've locked the front door, and you just have to keep calling and hoping someone answers the phone. I would like to share my experience about this clinic, our dog ran out of certain food that this clinic sold to us, we ordered it for shewy, but they asked for a recipe, we called and asked to confirm the recipe after 2 days, no one even worked, we called more than 30 times in the hope to get at least some news, we were finally told to feed any other food how it is possible when they themselves prescribed a certain food to the dog because problems with the stomach and they themselves said feed rice and chicken just all the ... read more

i am DONE with this place. first they try adding extra non necessary treatment to our dog's needs. second can't get a hold of anyone because they like to put you on hold for a long time until they FINALLY tell you that they're fully booked. they've been telling us to come in at any time but they're always booked. not coming here ever again.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have an emergency any all the other pet clinics business are booked. Being their twice and in both times I had a BAD OVER ALL experience. I think there is a reason there reviews are much lower then all the other pet clinics in the area. There is so many pet clinics out there that provides way better customer service and provide more professionalism with your animal so why would you ever consider to go to a shitty place like this?
