This is my first rent app that I'm charged to pay my rent... Other app I used before didn't charge me. It's not the cost it's the principle. Very uncool what's next? More fees

Hi Brandon, we completely understand. Payment fees are determined by our payment processor, not RentRedi. We recommend using ACH as the fee is only $1. There are no additional fees unless you opt-in to sign up for add-on services (like credit reporting or renters insurance, which are not required).

1) Customer Service are available at 8:00 a.m. EST. Mondays - Friday I call today (Tuesday) at 8:13 a.m. EST & the automated system treats my call as if I am calling outside of business hours and hangs up on me. 2) I've been trying to change my account information & RentRedi keeps requiring me to show 2 deposits that allegedly ended up in my bank account. How Can I Know If RentRedi Has Deposited The Money Into The WRONG ACCOUNT & I'M NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE IT??? Extremely Inconvenient.

Clunky. Pay takes days to draw from account. Sometimes even you can't even pay for no apparent reason, it just fails. Also they have a "rate me" button that when you click it, if you have negative feedback they open and internal survey box, but if you're "enjoying the app" they open the Google Play page to leave a positive review. It's a terrible app that can barely do what it needs to do and only sometimes.

This is the worst app ever. Never down load it. To many bugs, errors, and when you need to delete the app. It won't let u delete ur profile

App not loading apartment information after several tries. I've re-installed the app, landlord has sent new invite...nothing works. I was able to pay rent one time in the very beginning but now the "$-RENT" screen just says "loading apartment information" ...forever. Terribly frustrating especially since I've tried to use the Rentredi "help chat" and called their phone number listed in their website but no one answered either attempt. Disappointing overall
