I love Dr. Richard Rutherford already and today was my first visit. He is very detailed, explains the pros and cons and why he is making the best decision.Everything he said was in line with a previous diagnosis from 15 years ago. I trust him whole heartedly, very good intelligent doctor who has compassion for his craft.A lot of doctors don't have all the good qualities needed to sustain a great patient to doctor relationship. Kind, thoughtful, explains everything, nice sense of humor
My thanks to Dr. Rutherford for the excellent care before and after knee replacement. Dr. Rutherford’s experience, expertise, pleasant demeanor, detailed explanation of the surgery as well the several trusted people who Dr. Rutherford performed the same procedure assured me that I would be pleased with the decision that I made. I am extremely satisfied with the surgery; the recovery and I recommend Dr. Rutherford to anyone seeking to have a knee replacement.
fixed my old hip. before dr. ruthreford, my hip sounded like the prostitute that made out with my dad. but after dr. rutherford, my hip finally works. wish i could give more stars, the feller was very handsome and he even gave me a little special service.
Dr. Rutherford did my knee replacement in 2021 and there's not a negative thought or experience that comes to mind when I hear his name. Dr. Rutherford's bedside manner is superb! He has a calming tone and demeanor that allows the patient to feel comfortable and at ease. He listens to your concerns, suggests treatment options (along with pros and cons - if any), and doesn't rush your time with him. He and his team (J. Prentice (PA), Casey, and CMA's that I can't call by name) are very professional.
This is my second knee replacement and I had no hesitation returning to Dr Rutherford. DR Rutherford's expertise in his field of orthopedic practice is second to none. I would highly recommend both he and his PA Johnathan, that is in need of orthopedic management.
Dr Rutherford is a good surgeon . He replaced my left hip and it feels good. The problems I had were noted by Dr Rutherford . I needed more diuretic to take care of my edema which my primary care doctor addressed. Thank you Dr Rutherford for your concern and help on my follow up appointment.
I “inherited “ Dr. Rutherford when Dr. Liebelt retired. Dr. Rutherford takes his time answering my questions to my satisfaction. He is caring and explains options. I’m awaiting knee replacement and fully trust my doctor to do my surgery!
Dr. Rutherford is absolutely outstanding!!! I had two knee replacements, and he did a fantastic job! He is so pleasant and friendly. Most of all he is very competent as a surgeon!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!
