RecommendedAttended the Pool Care Class on Saturday and it was very helpful. The presentation by Joy was very informative and it was clear that she was very experienced. Being a novice at pool care it was definitely worth my time to attend this. All of my questions were answered and all of the staff were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this class.

Luke Duclot-Bernhardt is very friendly and a great salesmen. Stopped in for some information and he sold us a wonderful hot tub.
Rodney, Richard's field service tech, has visited my home on 3 separate occasions: initial installation, a spa cleaning, and a spa repair. Each time Rodney was on time and very skilled and knowledgeable on Hot Springs spas. He did an excellent job each time, and was very customer friendly. This is the second Hot Springs spa that we have had, and I think that they are well made and are very relaxing to use. This April has been a wonderful month! We started off with the best company kick-off meeting ever. I was so impressed by the dedication of our Richard's team members. Most of all, I was touched by the focus and drive that Julie and J.R. have to help us meet our goals. Keeping our team strong is their priority, and we feel it! Richard's TBS really is a family. Rodney and David came to clean my pool filters, a job that takes me a whole day to do, they were in and out in a couple of hours, even brushed the pool and ran diagnostics, excellent job guys!
Rodney did an awesome job helping me reset the remote on my pool. He did this after hours over FaceTime to make it convenient for me. Top shelf service!
