We came down from Detroit, Michigan on vacation to Branson, MO. Our brakes on our Acadia started to make noise. By the time we got to Branson they were screaming. We were headed to Springfield, Mo. the next day and we Googled Ricks Automotive. Boy, am I glad we did... Pierce Spencer & Michael Evens were absolutely outstanding. On July 29th as I was driving from Missouri home to New York I notice a five inch spike going through my tire. It seemed to be holding air but was afraid to keep driving. I googled repair shops and Rick’s popped up. I arrived late on Friday afternoon, fearful that the shop would to be too busy to help.
