Unfortunately (for them) I had to be about the worst customer they ever endured. I had to change my appointment THREE times and couldn’t answer basic questions about my car’s history (only owned the car a few months). On every phone call, from the original to learn the cost of the needed service to changing my appointments, they were totally accommodating and friendly. Rick's Automotive diagnosed and fix my vehicle within 48 Hours! I was worried about having to wait for them to complete all the repairs they have enough technicians to handle everything!Such a wonderful caring staff could not ask for a better repair shop.
