I have seen the commercials for a long time on TV and when my car broke down, I was surprised and didn't know what to do, but remembered The commercials for Rick's Automotive... Couldn't remember the name, but an employee at Villa Inn supplied that and called a row truck for me. The swing arm had detected from the wheel, never have seen that before. Unfortunately (for them) I had to be about the worst customer they ever endured. I had to change my appointment THREE times and couldn’t answer basic questions about my car’s history (only owned the car a few months). On every phone call, from the original to learn the cost of the needed service to changing my appointments, they were totally accommodating and friendly.
