RecommendedThe mechanic and service rep I worked with were knowledgeable and good at communicating both by phone and text. I was kept updated during the time that the problem was being evaluated and the repairs done. I used the service to have the vehicle dropped off at home after work was done - this was a huge benefit during my busy week. The repair was pricey due to the problem, but I would not try any other repair shop - Rick’s service and trustworthiness are worth every penny and more.

RecommendedI thought service like this, no longer existed! I was looking at several other tire business. Eric kept keeping in touch helping me through all my questions. There was a porter available to bring me home (Jeff) and my car was delivered back to me. If you are a senior citizen this is the place for you.
