Recommendedvery good customer service, took my only car in this morning, they had the problem diagnosed within an hour and repaired in 4 hours at a very reasonable rate.. would recomend for all to try for there auto needs, thank you

Great service and more...they are my friends. I did have a negative on Monday, Oct 7 bringing my guitar to the lobby and I asked an elderly man (older than me at 74) what he would like to hear. He said "George Jones." As I began singing, his wife put her hands over her ears and I asked her if I was too loud and she said "Yes, with some anger: I don't like that song." Our car had a flooded engine. It seized. We worked with Terry, he was phenomenal. Let us know everything that was going on. They took a panicked situation and made us feel so at ease. Won’t be taking any of our vehicles anywhere else!!!!

My daughter is in Springfield for college and we live 200 miles away. Her car broke down, we had it towed to Rick’s and they treated us like we had been going there for years. I’m thankful to find a honest shop my daughter can take her car to when she is away from home.
