RecommendedI first started by price shopping tires and alignment. Rick's beat out all the usual suspects and made an appointment for the next day. I arrived early and anticipated a fairly long wait and had planned to walk over to Bass Pro but their waiting room was so pleasant I just stayed there. Good coffee, comfortable seating made for a good experience. very good customer service, took my only car in this morning, they had the problem diagnosed within an hour and repaired in 4 hours at a very reasonable rate.. would recomend for all to try for there auto needs, thank you
They were fast and efficient and wait was comfortable. Could have used a donut with my coffee, tho. lol
Great service and more...they are my friends. I did have a negative on Monday, Oct 7 bringing my guitar to the lobby and I asked an elderly man (older than me at 74) what he would like to hear. He said "George Jones." As I began singing, his wife put her hands over her ears and I asked her if I was too loud and she said "Yes, with some anger: I don't like that song." Our car had a flooded engine. It seized. We worked with Terry, he was phenomenal. Let us know everything that was going on. They took a panicked situation and made us feel so at ease. Won’t be taking any of our vehicles anywhere else!!!!
