RecommendedDay after Thanksgiving I’m traveling to AZ and my Sprinter starts lagging- 4 place’s wouldn’t’ touch it’s. Rick’s diagnosed the problem ordered the part and got me back on the road. Springfield is a great city with welcoming people. Thanks Rick’s!

RecommendedI first started by price shopping tires and alignment. Rick's beat out all the usual suspects and made an appointment for the next day. I arrived early and anticipated a fairly long wait and had planned to walk over to Bass Pro but their waiting room was so pleasant I just stayed there. Good coffee, comfortable seating made for a good experience. Recommendedvery good customer service, took my only car in this morning, they had the problem diagnosed within an hour and repaired in 4 hours at a very reasonable rate.. would recomend for all to try for there auto needs, thank you

I did have a negative on Monday, Oct 7 bringing my guitar to the lobby and I asked an elderly man (older than me at 74) what he would like to hear. He said "George Jones."
