Only place in town who would fit me in... Keith was the only person I spoke to after calling four places who said 'well we don't want you to freeze'. Happy they were so willing to help me with a window that is stuck.

After a bad experience somewhere else, we had high hopes for Rick's. We'd heard good things about them. They let us down upon our initial visit, but ended up making things right. I'm glad that we gave them a second chance, because we feel they tried to go above and beyond to earn our business. We will be using them from now on.
