RecommendedMy daughter is in Springfield for college and we live 200 miles away. Her car broke down, we had it towed to Rick’s and they treated us like we had been going there for years. I’m thankful to find a honest shop my daughter can take her car to when she is away from home.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. I feel very comfortable with any recommendations or services provided by the staff at Rick's. They get their work done efficiently and correctly and they don't try and up-sell on unnecessary services and products. Highly recommend!

Only place in town who would fit me in... Keith was the only person I spoke to after calling four places who said 'well we don't want you to freeze'. Happy they were so willing to help me with a window that is stuck.
