RecommendedMy husband had travelled from Tyler, Texas to visit friends in the Springfield area. His truck broke down while there. Triple A and his friends recommended Rick's. They were friendly, helpful, and made a concentrated effort to get the work done in a timely manner so he wouldn't be delayed in getting home. The price was reasonable and the warranty on the work was good. Good service and good people helped relieve a stressful situation.
RecommendedThis was the best auto repair experience ever. My 2008 Cadillac had a complicated wiring problem shutting down some of the car's functions. I had taken it to two places (one a Cadillac dealership while on a road trip) with no success. I believe Rick's got to the heart of the problem. Terry, my service manager, kept me informed as to the progress. I thought the price was fair considering all the diagnostic time that was needed. Rick's is my new home for my car repair needs.
