This was the best auto repair experience ever. My 2008 Cadillac had a complicated wiring problem shutting down some of the car's functions. I had taken it to two places (one a Cadillac dealership while on a road trip) with no success. I believe Rick's got to the heart of the problem. Terry, my service manager, kept me informed as to the progress. I thought the price was fair considering all the diagnostic time that was needed. Rick's is my new home for my car repair needs.

Fast friendly service and in my situation, what they said is what they did. Nothing extra thrown in, no pressure to fix things that didn't need fixed. Would definitely go back!

Rick's Automotive has an excellent team! They are friendly, professional and they get the job done. It is easy to schedule an appointment, they have an awesome waiting room, or they will happily provide you with a ride if you would rather not wait. Everything is always explained and pricing given prior to any work being completed. They exemplify excellence all they way around! Also, a special shout out to Tim for taking such good care of his customers.

I started taking my vehicle to Rick's Automotive a few years ago and have been happy ever since. They have a friendly and reliable team that takes care of me every time I visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
