I like Ricks because I can take either my jeep or my husbands car in and it gets taken care of, I also like the fact that terry, keith, micah and eric take the time to explain what needs to be done or what they've done always happy to answers questions and very understanding with someone like me who's very very picky one who works on their jeep or hubbies car.

RecommendedAs a woman it is important to me to not only find a place that does good work but also treats their customers as intelligent people. I have a decent working knowledge when it comes to cars and when a place tries to "pull one over" on me it is not only insulting it is infuriating. Rick's has never treated me with anything other than respect. They don't try to "find problems" in order to get more money out of you they fix what's wrong and what you ask them to fix.
