RecommendedI've been going to Ricks for 4 years now and I have always had great service. When I call for an appointment, I tell them what I need done and they give me the approximate cost. Then if something comes up when the cost goes up, they call me first to see if I want it done now or put off till next month. That means a lot when you are on a budget. This time it took a little long than promised, but they emailed me so I wouldn't worry. They are Wonderful to do business with!
The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. The few times I've taken my vehicle to them the service has always been fast. Thank you Rick's Automotive !!

Absolutely the best! From start to finish, I was extremely impressed by everyone I spoke with - from Micah on the phone who made me feel welcome as a new customer, to Keith who fixed my vehicle and explained the issue to me in a way I could understand and make an informed decision, to all the smiling faces greeting me as I entered the shop.
