RecommendedGreat customer service, they were busy when I came in, so I understood when they weren’t going to be able to get to it until the next day. With that, Keith still found the time to go ahead and do the diagnostics on it the same day, called me to let me know what he found, and had it ready for me before the time he estimated it would be done the next morning. Prices are fair too. They didn’t try to play any tricks, just did what was needed and it’s running great!
RecommendedI just got my oil changed, but they still went above and beyond. The front desk employee was very kind and helpful and they explained everything perfectly to me. Very good service, will definitely be going back!

RecommendedIm extremely impressed with everybody I've dealt with here at Ricks Automotive. Everybody is always so helpful and friendly. I had my kids with me this last time I went in for an oil change. The man behind the counter even sent them home with slinkiest. I've not ever received such wonderful customer service any other place when getting any type of work done on my car. I have no complaints and will continue having my cars needs taken care of at Ricks. I would highly recommend them to anybody

RecommendedBecause of their top ratings on the internet, we took our car to Rick's. I chatted with Terry on the phone before going there. I am a retired "Mr. Goodwrench" and we were able to 'work' together on possible solutions. They took care of both transmission issues to my satisfaction and at a reasonable cost. RecommendedI've been going to Ricks for 4 years now and I have always had great service. When I call for an appointment, I tell them what I need done and they give me the approximate cost. Then if something comes up when the cost goes up, they call me first to see if I want it done now or put off till next month. That means a lot when you are on a budget. This time it took a little long than promised, but they emailed me so I wouldn't worry. They are Wonderful to do business with!
