Rick's Automotive diagnosed and fix my vehicle within 48 Hours! I like all the guys at Rick's. We've been going there several years, and I trust them with our cars.
Great customer service, they were busy when I came in, so I understood when they weren’t going to be able to get to it until the next day. With that, Keith still found the time to go ahead and do the diagnostics on it the same day, called me to let me know what he found, and had it ready for me before the time he estimated it would be done the next morning. Prices are fair too. They didn’t try to play any tricks, just did what was needed and it’s running great!
I just got my oil changed, but they still went above and beyond. The front desk employee was very kind and helpful and they explained everything perfectly to me. Very good service, will definitely be going back!
