So glad our Son found you! We do not live in Springfield but our Son is a full time student. He noticed a problem with the brakes and thankfully he drove over to Ricks Automotive. Keith fully explained and emailed an estimate for repairs. Keith mentioned an antifreeze leak could be the water pump. We feel like the Toyota is in tip top condition because of Keith's suggestions. The estimate was right on target � We appreciate the Warranty on parts and labor. We will be back

EVERYONE is so helpful, kind and make you feel very important. Awesome customer service! I came in with a few problems and they fixed everything I needed. If they are unable they find ways to help you find the answers you need! They do an awesome job! Hands down the best place in town to get your car worked on. I appreciate everything they have done to help me with getting my car back in place. I've worked with Micah and many others. They are always friendly and take good care of their customers!

I like Ricks because I can take either my jeep or my husbands car in and it gets taken care of, I also like the fact that terry, keith, micah and eric take the time to explain what needs to be done or what they've done always happy to answers questions and very understanding with someone like me who's very very picky one who works on their jeep or hubbies car.
Want to give a shout out to Tim Fess and the Diesel Crew... Thanks for getting me in and out on such short notice, and doing an outstanding job on my 2500HD D-Max. Very much appreciated.... See you guys again!
As a woman it is important to me to not only find a place that does good work but also treats their customers as intelligent people. I have a decent working knowledge when it comes to cars and when a place tries to "pull one over" on me it is not only insulting it is infuriating. Rick's has never treated me with anything other than respect. They don't try to "find problems" in order to get more money out of you they fix what's wrong and what you ask them to fix.
