RecommendedEVERYONE is so helpful, kind and make you feel very important. Awesome customer service! I came in with a few problems and they fixed everything I needed. If they are unable they find ways to help you find the answers you need! They do an awesome job! Hands down the best place in town to get your car worked on. I like Ricks because I can take either my jeep or my husbands car in and it gets taken care of, I also like the fact that terry, keith, micah and eric take the time to explain what needs to be done or what they've done always happy to answers questions and very understanding with someone like me who's very very picky one who works on their jeep or hubbies car.
Want to give a shout out to Tim Fess and the Diesel Crew... Thanks for getting me in and out on such short notice, and doing an outstanding job on my 2500HD D-Max. Very much appreciated.... See you guys again!
As a woman it is important to me to not only find a place that does good work but also treats their customers as intelligent people. I have a decent working knowledge when it comes to cars and when a place tries to "pull one over" on me it is not only insulting it is infuriating. Rick's has never treated me with anything other than respect. They don't try to "find problems" in order to get more money out of you they fix what's wrong and what you ask them to fix.
