RecommendedI was recently stranded in Springfield with a dead battery, no alternator, and if they hadn't caught it, a leaking radiator. They could have easily told me that it would be a day or two to get the parts to fix my car, but they were able to get it done the same day, giving me the ability to get home safely. Thanks, guys!
RecommendedI am a mechanic myself, so I usually work on my own vehicles unless it takes specialized equipment don't have like recovering and charging a A/C system properly. While sitting in the lobby waiting for my repair I was listening to how they treated their customers, and not once did they try to upsell anyone which was refreshing to hear. When they spoke with me they were honest and didn't try to go all out on the repairs when they could have easily. So glad our Son found you! We do not live in Springfield but our Son is a full time student. He noticed a problem with the brakes and thankfully he drove over to Ricks Automotive. Keith fully explained and emailed an estimate for repairs. Keith mentioned an antifreeze leak could be the water pump. We feel like the Toyota is in tip top condition because of Keith's suggestions. The estimate was right on target � We appreciate the Warranty on parts and labor. We will be back

If they are unable they find ways to help you find the answers you need! They do an awesome job! Hands down the best place in town to get your car worked on.
