Repair was completed properly, had to wait on part to arrive. Part got lost, dropped car off Monday was contacted Wednesday saying part had not arrived and should be here Thursday or Friday. I never heard back from the dealership. When I called Monday I was told car has been invoiced and ready for pickup. Invoice matched quoted price to the penny.

My car was finished before estimated time.Had a little mix up about my keys when I picked it up.Gave me the wrong keys .There were 2 Cheryl’s picking up around same time.Only took a few minutes to figure it out.Pretty funny

Keep being disappointed with the customer service at this place. Very sad as it used to be one of the best dealerships that I've been to. Maintenance department is just horrible, customer service is a big zero. I've purchased 3 vehicles here in the past and have serviced them all here as well, but will be looking for a new place to service my vehicle now. I realized in the morning that one of the tires on my car was low. Drove into dealership in the pm after work and they took car in right away. I waited and within 40 minutes, the tire was fixed.
I met with Gracyn to check out a vehicle. She is such a sweet young lady no pressure made me feel right at home wish more sales people could be like her. I ended up coming home with a vehicle so happy and such a privilege to have dealt with her

I went to this location Last friday july 16,2021 I came to Shop a car but I Don’t expected that people that I deal with they are very rude their name is Micheal is the manager and Shawn is a sales person what happens is they try to get me a good deal with the car but i Change my mind in the end they told me in my Face that Im wasting there time this is How you treat a costumer!
Worst experience. Ruined the whole car buying experience. Brand new Car has so many issues. Scratched the dashboard while taking down the blown media system. The car has stays more days in service than with me. Service department has worst ever service. Department called me a liar on payment ended up apologizing to me for their department mistake. All dues are paid and yet i have to take taxi and uber as the car is still in service. Not recommended
Worst experience. Paid 30k for a brand new ultimate vehicle and already have 4 issues in first week. Should have my vehicle replaced instead i am dealing with issues every other day. Service guy has been rude on top of all this. Its been 7 days since purchase and i dont get to enjoy the vehicle while juggling between taxi, busses or uber
