Your mechanics are great the only problem was phoning 3 days in a row before anyone wood talk to me kept saying they would call me back?
The appointment took all day and I was upset that the dealership kept me waiting for an Uber that the associate had forgotten to press send on. She had entered in the information but hadn’t sent it to Uber.
I was told the an oil change and a 45 point visual inspection would take 2 hours which I thought was excessive but I agreed to it. What was unacceptable was the fact that it took 3 hrs. Also, I can’t understand how a vehicle with 13500 kms would need a wheel alignment...lol
Oil change, done quickly, vehicle washed without asking...what's not to like!
I had been deciding on a vehicle for close to a year and Tristan was patient n he did not call non stop. He let me come in my own time.
Horrible customer service, looks like service advisors are not at all happy with taking customers and mainly, the problem I was having with car still there. Spent more than $450 and came out with disappointment. Waste of time and money

Bad experience
Firstly, when I check “About Us” tab on their website; I see “our highly trained staff…”? That’s a joke! For everyone planning on visiting their dealership: If you don’t mind Neil, the SALES MANAGER OF RIVERCITY HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP (!), yelling at your family member in a small room of 5 people simply of not providing a few relevant papers of a vehicle or leaving the room midway through your conversation simply because you putting your time to be there is not important for that car dealership, definitely check them out.
