Initially OK but went downhill quickly. Pressure to make a decision without proper consideration. Lowballed my trade in value, then insisted it had to include GST so the value went down by $1500. Kept me waiting at various times, to the point I was getting up to leave. Then they magically appeared. I went in for a normal oil change. Upon arrival I showed the service lady my gift certificate for a free oil change i received back in June. Unfortunately when I had received the gift certificate I had just got my oil change done I contacted river city service department where I was told I could still use it after the expiry date. By far the worse dealer. The sale manager Ryan is a scam artist. We were looking for new or used cars under $40000. Saw one that about $42000+fees+tax came to be $46700. I told sale rep talk to manager all in $44000 we can make a deal. After talking to idiot manager Ryan he came back with payment plan if $5000 down payment with $300 by weekly for 84 months This is before we do any credit check. I came in for a car inspection which I was told was going to be 40mins. I ended up spending 3 hours there and when the lady helping me gave me back my key, she told me she’s just waiting for quotes. 30 minutes later, still no quote. When I tried to looked for her to ask if the quote had been done, she was nowhere to be found. When I did find her, she was with another customer (who, btw, got serviced right away). This time I went to change my tire and Rep told me my car needs Alignment so I said I just did it last time then she said that mechanic made a mistake and you Alignment is good . They just want to charge you regardless .
I went to pick up my vehicle I was treated good (no problem there) after I was handed the keys I was told my vehicle was at the side all washed and vacuum, but when I opened the door they didn’t do any vacuum,I felt disappointed but I just get in and drive away(.I’m over that anyway.)I think whenever you guys have a vehicle for more than a week for repairs ,wash and vacuum is not too much of a curtesy for your costumers (just me saying) ,other than that the treatment is always good with respect.

After waiting since November for a part, I was pleased with the speed of the job , and the work done. What I was NOT impressed with is the fact that the service representative informed me that they recommended a rear wheel alignment adjustment. My vehicle is only 4 months old, (with 4,000 KM) and somehow already requires this adjustment. When I asked the cost of this repair I was told $159, but since I had a newer vehicle, they could offer me a discounted rate of $99. Took my car in for “peace of mind” inspection... was there 5 hours...when I went to my car parked outside after the service... the back of the car was covered in some kind of after spray which seemed like paint...the service lady took pictures... went pack a few days later to show the service manager what had happened.... walking outside, I slipped on the 6 uncles of ice directly in front of the main entrance & almost broke my hip, & cut my hand... won’t be taking my car there anymore....& the SUV which I was planning to pur... read more
