I went to this location Last friday july 16,2021 I came to Shop a car but I Don’t expected that people that I deal with they are very rude their name is Micheal is the manager and Shawn is a sales person what happens is they try to get me a good deal with the car but i Change my mind in the end they told me in my Face that Im wasting there time this is How you treat a costumer!
Worst experience. Ruined the whole car buying experience. Brand new Car has so many issues. Scratched the dashboard while taking down the blown media system. The car has stays more days in service than with me. Service department has worst ever service. Department called me a liar on payment ended up apologizing to me for their department mistake. All dues are paid and yet i have to take taxi and uber as the car is still in service. Not recommended
Worst experience. Paid 30k for a brand new ultimate vehicle and already have 4 issues in first week. Should have my vehicle replaced instead i am dealing with issues every other day. Service guy has been rude on top of all this. Its been 7 days since purchase and i dont get to enjoy the vehicle while juggling between taxi, busses or uber
Extremely disappointed. My air conditioning wasn’t working and would cost 500 plus to repair.was not covered even though had mileage of 30,000. Not in a position to get it repaired at this time
Recently purchased a vehicle from river city Hyundai. I wish I could say it was great but unfortunately I can not. My experience with Dan was very uncomfortable. While in the middle of filling out paper work he stops me & asked me if my son was autistic, while my child was sitting right there. It is never ok to ask personal questions like that so anyone especially in a customer service atmosphere. I would buy a car from here as we did from DAN is was issue at the start we sign for a car and found out it wasn’t there we had to wait for it to be delivered. The car was late being delivered. Dan was very pushing didn’t know all the numbers. When we came to pick up the car we had to sign again I got home and found out they weren’t the same ones we had 3500 warranty charge on it they also charged a extra 65$ for the tank of gas they put in the new car The next day I get a text from Dab asking we’re the pictures for the r... read more
It was terrible from the phone call to make an appointment to when I picked up my car 3 different people gave me 3 different answers as to what my car was coming in for “spa day” is what I have always called it because I paid for her to be inspected, detailed, looked after the rust proofing and clear coat What did I get was people who made up excuses and kept changing g the story as to what the dealership does... promise made but as soon as i signed the deal ..gentlemen from river city wouldn't pick up the phone or answer the messages...i wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, there is plenty of dealerships that would want your business more then these guys

Rivercity hyundai doesn’t t pay for the referral. Referred my friend to them, he bought a used car. Car salesman name was adam he said he’ll send me cheque in 2 weeks, never got the cheque or any response from him Tried to contact him a few times
