Purchased a wedding ring on an 18 month interest free promotional deal. Made automatic payments in the amount where the entire balance would be paid off at month 18. Between an outdated payment portal, statements sent to the wrong house, and bad info over phone calls they managed to hide the fact I was being charged $5.99 a month so after month 18 there was a leftover balance in which now they are trying to charge the full 18 month deferred interest making this a $1500 scam"

Bought a couple wedding bands a few years ago and had them welded to her engagement ring. Have had good experiences coming in to have the ring inspected etc until this weekend.. I highly recommend to stay away from them.they are doing some shitty rubbish business. I bought a bracelet back in March 24 and within 3months the bracelet cameoff due to faulty clasp.i visited the shop and person there did some funny checking and finally I lost it for gooood. Thanks to their horrible customer service. It was more than $800 worth of jewelry Stay away from them.
Never take your jewelry here for repair, especially if it's heirloom or estate jewelry. They charged me to replace a missing opal and retip all of the prongs on my ring. I picked up the ring and wore it form three days before an opal was missing again. I take it back to Roger and Holland's and they tell me it's a different opal. They say two more opals are cracked and that the peridot is "like sandpaper." They will charge me the price of replacing one opal to fix both. Here is the problem. They only had 2 people working in the store ON A WEEKEND. I stood around for about an hour waiting for someone to even say hello and even assist me with any questions i needed. One of the workers was quite rude and basically dismissed my presence. I would not recommend this location.

My ring was dropped off in September said my ring would be ready in October. We're almost in December. I still have not gotten my ring. I have been given the runaround multiple times that I have called. I was never told about my ring being damaged I called about a month end of when my ring was in possession at Rogers and Holland I was told that my ring was still in there and at out there service department being worked on. My husband purchased an engagement ring for me at the Woodfield location in May of 2018 and I often wish I could go back in time and stop our former selves from ever stepping into that store: 4 repairs in 4 years, horrendous customer service (the kind that really sits heavy on your heart even weeks after the interaction), and absolutely terrible, dare I say careless craftsmanship on their jewelers' end.
