Izabela is fantastic! My fiance purchased my engagement ring from her about a month ago and she did a AWESOME job helping him with the final decision. My fiance got a great deal on a beautiful ring. I recently had the pleasure of working with Izabela when I needed my engagement ring re-sized. She was quick and told me that my ring would be ready the next day! Camille and Evan were amazingly helpful when it came to choosing what type of wedding band to go with my unique ring setting. Camille also talked my fiance out of a potentially dangerous metal based on the line of work he is in. Her knowledge about the materials and the rings they had available was spot on! I must say lately I have been a bit disappointed with the Woodfield Mall store,,,BUT in defense of them, I think I'm pretty spoiled. We used to work only with Laura. I suddenly had lost multiple stones in my engagement ring and wedding band. Not the main solitaire but the little diamond chips on the sides. I brought my rings to the store and was an emotional panicky mess. The store manager Kamille (I am not sure if that's spelled right) calmed me down and explained that she wanted me to be happy. If the Mrs wants diamond earrings, diamond earrings she gets. But what do I know about diamonds? I visited a number of jewelers and decided I wanted Mike and Evan at Rogers and Holland in Woodfield Mall to handle my business.
