For some reason, this did not post last year in Oct. They finally pulled thru and fixed my ring and my warranty. Took a long time, but it is fixed.

Izabela is fantastic! My fiance purchased my engagement ring from her about a month ago and she did a AWESOME job helping him with the final decision. My fiance got a great deal on a beautiful ring. Camille and Evan were amazingly helpful when it came to choosing what type of wedding band to go with my unique ring setting. Camille also talked my fiance out of a potentially dangerous metal based on the line of work he is in. Her knowledge about the materials and the rings they had available was spot on! I must say lately I have been a bit disappointed with the Woodfield Mall store,,,BUT in defense of them, I think I'm pretty spoiled. We used to work only with Laura. Laura is no longer there : ( Shes a nurse now. Our first purchase was my engagement ring and wedding bands. We speant a lot of money on the set. I suddenly had lost multiple stones in my engagement ring and wedding band. Not the main solitaire but the little diamond chips on the sides. I brought my rings to the store and was an emotional panicky mess. The store manager Kamille (I am not sure if that's spelled right) calmed me down and explained that she wanted me to be happy.
