RecommendedHad our furnace replaced August 2025, the unit has been amazing until this spring when we attempted to start our air conditioner unit up, apparently there was a small leak from the condenser coil coupling and the unit was low on coolant. Furnace Family sent out there service manager and he diagnosed the issue quickly, he was professional and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. RecommendedHad new Heat Pump installed on May 19, 2026. Chris M. expertly educated us on heat pumps and patiently answered all our questions and concerns during his visit. The installation team led by Daniil S did a great job - on time, within the time budget they set and the installation looks very clean, very neat and no loose ends that I can see. Daniil gave me a primer on the new S40 Thermostat and lots to learn there. Very happy that we chose Furnace Family for our new heat pump.

RecommendedHad a new furnace installed last friday and got an error code this morning called, in Ashley promptly send out a service tech. The tech Michael Nowik was here within 90 minute determined a faulty pressure switch . Michael went and got the new part and installed in furnace back in operation within the hour GREAT SERVICE!!!!
