RecommendedWe have been dealing with Furnace Family now for a few years and have constantly been amazed by the high level of professionalism and product expertise we have experienced. We have utilized them to recommend and install our A/C unit as well as our Furnaces. Of particular note is Sharon in the office who has been very proactive in dealing with us, and to say she is customer service focused would be an understatement.
RecommendedI continue to come back to Furnace Family when needed. Kevin Plogar (plumbing} and Jeff Rose (furnace) are very personable and provide excellent service. They are a major reason why I will return for servicing and recommend Furnace Family to others. Receptionist is also excellent and patient when rescheduling was need . 11/10

RecommendedWe purchased an AC from Furnace Family 3 yrs ago. We are still under warranty. The unit was not cooling to set temperature. When I called the gentleman (David, I think) was very attentive to my issue and was able to get a technician out the next day. What I thought was going to be a quick fix, took several hours. RecommendedI was so impressed with the professional, yet down to earth approach of the service tech. He was very thorough with my A/C inspection. He showed me the photos of before and after of my unit, and explained everything in detail, and answered any questions I had. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Furnace Family.
