RecommendedI continue to come back to Furnace Family when needed. Kevin Plogar (plumbing} and Jeff Rose (furnace) are very personable and provide excellent service. They are a major reason why I will return for servicing and recommend Furnace Family to others. Receptionist is also excellent and patient when rescheduling was need . 11/10

RecommendedThe tech checked over our furnace and a/c unit. He was professional and courteous. He did not suggest any expensive repairs, and did a thorough check and cleaning. I believe he gave an honest assessment of our furnace and a/c unit. I would definitely use the Furnace Family again!

RecommendedWe purchased an AC from Furnace Family 3 yrs ago. We are still under warranty. The unit was not cooling to set temperature. When I called the gentleman (David, I think) was very attentive to my issue and was able to get a technician out the next day. What I thought was going to be a quick fix, took several hours. RecommendedI was so impressed with the professional, yet down to earth approach of the service tech. He was very thorough with my A/C inspection. He showed me the photos of before and after of my unit, and explained everything in detail, and answered any questions I had. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Furnace Family.
