We had a Daikon DX17 -fit AC installed in our new house. The free quote provided multiple options and price points to choose from. All prices were within range of our other quotes for the AC models and installation. Furnace Family provided their own technicians which included an electrician. We needed a load miser installed. Technician, was though, informative, knowledgeable and explained my questions so that I could comprehend what I needed to know.
We had an annual maintenance service done on our 2 furnaces. The work was completed efficiently and thoroughly. Job took about 1.5 hours. Communication was very good throughout the appointment booking process, reminders before the date, morning of the job and after the job was complete. Technician was prompt, friendly and respected our home. Job well done!
Tyler from Furnace Family Heating listen to what I thought the issues was and then went straight to work. He was punctual, efficient and did a great job leaving our furnace in better condition than he found it. He also noted issues about the age of the furnace and water tank without trying to do a hard sell. Really appreciated that information and will look to this company for replacements when the time comes.
