Phoned Furnace Family to repair our AC unit that stopped working. Chris Brown came today and was very punctual and took the time to explain what the issues were and the options that were available to us. I appreciated that he phoned when he was on his way and also texted us to let us know when he would arrive. He was very professional and was able to fix the unit during the appointment.
