This company has been wonderful to work with. Today, Chris Brown came by to tune up the furnace. He was super polite, explained everything, and was tidy. Much appreciated!
Chris Brown was the technician that did an inspection of our furnace today. He was very friendly, shared with me what he thought was the problem and his recommended solution. Furnace Family was recommended by a neighbour in our cul-de-sac and we definitely would use this company again.
I was very impressed with the immediate and professional service we received when our hot water tank decided to go. I received an estimate and installation all in the same day. Kevin was fantastic and very informative. I recommend Furnace Family to anyone who asks.
Kevin Polgar, a Furnace Family plumber, came to reconfigure a badly built drainage system under my basement sink. I knew it would take a creative problem solver to do this. He accomplished the improvement, including adding a clean out, in a short time. The other two problems he also had solutions for. I will definitely request his services again.

A technician (Chris B) from Furnace Family came came to repair a warranty issue with our new Lennox hi-eff furnace. Chris was respectful, fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
What can I say about this company.I had Chris Brown out to service my furnace.What a nice guy.I had purchased the monthly payment last year and didn't know I had to do it within that year. When I phoned the office I was told "no problem" and out Chris came. Signed up for another year.My only issue was I wished they would e-mail you before your contract ends.
Today called I had Chris Brown come to my condo because my hot water tank was not producing hot water. He was very good at communicating his time frame for coming over and got it working very quickly. He was very professional and polite. Same day service from when I called earns a 10 out of 10.
The replacement of two furnaces and hot water tank went extremely well. Rob, Micheal, Kevin and Bryce are an excellent team of seasoned tradesmen. Rob said that the new vent routing was the most difficult that he has ever done, which says something given his long experience and multiple trade tickets.
