From the time that we asked for an estimate, it was very quick. Jamie was a super knowledgeable person that answered all our questions and did a good job of the sales end of the project. We felt very comfortable with him and felt we would be taken care of through all aspects of the process. We did get 2 other prices but none compared to The Furance Family experience. Furnace temperature has been intermittently lower than set. Rico cleaned the furnace flame sensor. We expected much worse news and we are hoping that was the only issue, but if not, we will definitely call them again!
They were extremely professional from start to finish. We are very pleased to have chosen them to replace our furnace and hot water tank and install to a heat pump, and highly recommend them to anyone in Edmonton looking for heating/cooling solutions.
