Furnace temperature has been intermittently lower than set. Rico cleaned the furnace flame sensor. We expected much worse news and we are hoping that was the only issue, but if not, we will definitely call them again!
They were extremely professional from start to finish. We are very pleased to have chosen them to replace our furnace and hot water tank and install to a heat pump, and highly recommend them to anyone in Edmonton looking for heating/cooling solutions. We are so happy to have gone with them over any of the competitors for their value and professionalism.
The problem was the fire place will not come on. Technician looked at the fire place and immediately knew the problem, the wall switch. He explained the problem and was out in ten minutes.
