Yearly Furnace Inspect/Maint Technician was on-time, efficient, and explained the results of the inspection and any questions I had very clearly.
New furnace installation Robin and Grant showed up on time. Robin spent time to go through installation questions I had and had a look at the actual furnace to replace. He was very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. The furnace was installed with lots of care and the installation is very clean and tidy. The furnace is quiet and works like a charm. I highly recommend Family Furnaces!

Furnace and AC Service Arranged for furnace and AC service. Technician Aaron called ahead and showed up as scheduled. Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable in his trade. He identified a couple of issues with the humidifier and the thermostat and took the time to explain them to me. Had to replace the solenoid water valve on the humidifier. Furnace, Hot water on demand, water softener, Heat pump, humidifier. Great crew, on time, explained how the finished system works in great detail, completely cleaned up after they were done and did a fantastic job.
Friendly and professional I needed to have the flue pipe inspected because there was visible corrosion at the joints. A plumber that had been tending to the water heater a few weeks earlier noticed and alerted me to the corrosion when one of the joints broke as he was working. He fixed the joint, and recommended that I have the pipes and furnace checked.
