Installers Daniil and Mike were great, including their cleanup. Work completed and final invoice were as quoted. I would recommend Furnace Family to my family and friends.
Matt came to do our furnace and AC inspection. It was obvious he is great at his job and was so courteous professional;. He gave us helpful advice. We are glad we chose Furnace Family and will definitely recommend to friends.

After many years of being a loyal customer, I wouldn't even think about trying a different company, especially after the horror stories I hear about other companies that lack customer ethics. Ryan was efficient with his diagnosis and explained everything fully and then promptly fixed our A/C drain issue. The only furnace business I trust! Lived in a house that I had built, the new furnace had issues that the installing company 'repaired' over and over... after one call to Furnace Family, the issue was truly repaired. We had a water heater replaced by the furnace Family about a year ago. that same heater flamed out today. Even after the pilot light went out the tank supplied two and a half showers before we noticed a problem. Kudos to the equipment the family supplies! Now to to today's incident. I called in the need to have things checked out and restarted. Within the hour a polite young man was our door. He checked everything out and re-lit the pilot light.
