From the beginning to the end of the air conditioning installation, Aaron and everyone I dealt with at Furnace Family were wonderful to deal with. Excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaned up took my old furnace. Showed me how to change filter. Relocated water tank pipes . Strongly recommend furnace family.
Our old humidfier, installed by previous homeowner, wasn't doing the job. A call to FF and they scheduled a replacement to be fitted in three days. The installer turned up on time was friendly and efficient, answered any questions I had and left everything clean and tidy. The cost was actually a little less than I'd been quoted by phone.
My furance did not work and Family Furance sent the service tech Chandler to my house. After a couple minutes found out why my furance did not operate. He used the scope to check my furance heat exchange and found there was the crack. He recommand the replacement of the furance. He spent time to explain with patience to answer my questions. And made the schedule to replace the furance next morning.
Scott and Ethan arrived on time today and were very polite and informative. Scott explained why a new toilet was required, worked out the cost and guessedtimated when this could be done ( it could not be done for several days). Was told it would be cheaper elsewhere and helped me contact them. What else could a person ask for? This was terrific!! B Gordon
The furnace technician was very helpful in advising me and showing me how to use the furnace humidifier, change furnace filters, etc. I really appreciated his advice, as I'm better able to take care of these things on my own, now.
The furnance company is is a great company to deal with. Right from the initial contact through the installation and follow up. The installers were on time, clean, honest and did a great job. There was a "hiccup" in the process and the managers at Furnace familiy remedied the situation beyond my expectations. Thanks. It always great feeling to work with a trustworthy company.
