Gabe & Luigi did a great job on my AC installation! They explained what they were going to do, they were very professional and courteous. They left my house just as they found it (cleaned up after themselves) and finally explained what they did, how the AC works and how to maintain. I would highly recommend Furnace Family if you are thinking about installing AC. I am so happy I chose the Furnace Family.
From estimate and quote to delivery and work done everything was done professionally and leaving everything as it was found, no "collateral damage" as often happens with renovation projects. The furnace and AC work very well, we're pleased as punch. The estimator made some excellent recommendations as to where to place air intakes and equipment. This was a furnace and AC replacement. Job well done.
Called Furnace Family to dispatch a Technician to help solve a Daykin fit air conditioner and Lenox furnace interface communication problem (system bought in oct 2022). Tyler arrived promptly and analyzed the problem and quickly repaired the previous install oversite. Before He left he made sure to explain on how my system should work. Extremely happy with the service to my furnace and A/C performed today by Chris from Furnace Family. He arrived as promised snd efficiently completed the maintenance. Chris was able to answer the questions I had and even provided a few tips.
Had our A/C unit serviced by Chris who arrived punctually after receiving his call indicating the arrival time. Appreciated his efficiency in checking out the unit, answering all of my questions and providing helpful info on the do's and don'ts.
This week Chris Brown did our yearly A/C maintenance for both our house and our son's house. We really appreciated Chris' punctuality. He is very personable and takes the time to explain everything and provide recommendations.
