Check my furnace over to make sure it was ok for the winter and replaced the humidifiers water panel so that it humidifies through the winter,excellent survice.
They arrived on time, but had to go and get parts, then come back, would've been nice to not have to do that. The repairs were then completed in a timely manner. Quoted price was honoured. The workers were friendly and cordial and we appreciate their service. We would not hesitate to use them for furnace, A/C, or plumbing repairs again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The team at Furnace Family provided us with top notch service from quote to the completion of our install. Aaron who provided our estimate was great and helped us immensely with our CEIP application. Once our project started all the installers (Robin, Mitchell, Scott & Ethan) were punctual, professional, courteous and answered any questions we had. The quality of their installation was very high and they left our home as clean as when they got here. Great work all around.
The technician arrived on time and explained everything that he was doing very clearly. The A/C was not operating at peak efficiency so he did what was necessary to remedy that and it is now functioning properly. He did an inspection and tune up, and topped up the refrigerant! Great service at a fair price!! I would highly recommend Furnace Family.
My ac unit stopped working when temp outside was 37!!! I called Furnace Family and the technician knew immediately what the problem was and repaired it very quickly. In all my dealings with Furnace Family, I have always been impressed with their efficiency and expertise.
