I am absolutely so grateful for the staff and especially Brenda, Charlie's trainer. Being a first time dog mom to a rescued pup was very overwhelming at first. I want the best for Charlie and this place makes him happy. Brenda is an amazing trainer, really took the time to connect with Charlie and direct him to be the best pup ever! Great experience with a first time boarding of our cat. He had his own kitty condo in Meow Manor with an aquarium view and his own kitty tower and toys. Friendly and helpful staff and we received one free day of boarding as first time clients. We will definitely use them again!

Well, today we brought our babies for a first-time bath at rover oaks and they did an amazing job I'm definitely coming back. Thank you guys for being so patient with my chow chow it was his first-time bath in a grooming place and he smell and look so good!

The people at Rover Oaks Katy are awesome!!! I'm always worried about leaving my dog when I go on vacation. He's 105 lbs and can be extremely hard to handle at times. They did perfect with him and gave me detailed updates throughout the week! They even mixed their own chicken with his food (with my approval) because he wouldn't eat what I left him. Also, Cassi did amazing on his grooming appt while he was there! I would absolutely leave him here again :)

If looking for an exceptional place to take your pets .. look no further. Our Cobie had never been away from home. The staff was very careful with him. He was very shy at first and wasn't pushed into doing something he wasn't comfortable with. He had a great bath and grooming. Crystal worked with him for two weeks on training. She did a fabulous job. I just need to keep it going. Look forward to another visit! Great atmosphere and lots of love and care towards your babies.

Our rescue needed help with her manners and impulse control; the 10-day class session was great! As they like to say, "A tired dog is a good dog." Sloopy loved her sessions, and we could see real progress. Our trainer was patient with our dog AND with us (we have trouble with consistency and follow through). The homework reminders and end-of-session handouts help us continue the process. When it's time for a refresher, we'll be back! Thanks, Rover Oaks.

My 4 month old Australian cattle dog puppy only has been to puppy play school for 2 days, but I already am so impressed. His trainers have been so nice and didn't judge him at all when he came to school growling and peeing from fear on the first day. In just a day, they transformed him into being a more confident puppy. Great place to board your fur-babies! Super-attentive staff who send daily updates on your pet's well-being. We boarded our two kitties here for a few weeks while we were moving and in-between houses. We were allowed to come and visit our sweet-peas while we were in town, and received photos and updates while we were on vacation. Kitty-condos are in a room with their own ventilation system so they are not stressed by the smell of doggies in another part of the building. We had occasion to board our furry family member for a spur of the moment weekend trip and hadn't stayed at Rover Oaks in a while. I was a little anxious since we've been having family sit for us but the gang at Rover came through! Our boy was a little stressed but he was in good spirits when we picked up and I could tell he had been eating well. It gives us peace of mind to have a place like Rover Oaks that we can depend on for good caring service for our pet.
