My dog is high energy and a little neurotic but the staff is always so caring for him, even remembering him by name as they see us coming in for doggie day care. The boarding is also excellent and he loves going back all the time. If he didn't like it he would drag his feet, but he barks and wiggles his butt with excitement every time.
We have been lovers of rover oaks for a year now. They have continuously made us so happy! From doggie day care, boarding, birthday parties and customer service they are excellent! This weekend though they blew us away. My father had a heart attack and we needed to get to him ASAP. Erin got Finn in right away and they offered to keep him as long as we needed. We didn't have a reservation and I was so worried we wouldn't get in but they saved the day! THANK YOU ERIN AND ROVER OAKS KATY!! We love you guys!!
We enrolled my corgi puppy into their puppy class and he did great! The experience of interacting with other puppies definitely helped him become more active and not as shy around other dogs. He also has learned to wait for his food, sit and lie down! The instructor was very nice and helpful! We also board my corgi/mix at their facilities and every time we pick her up she seems so happy and tired! Which is good because then she naps for the rest of the evening. Great facility!
Love this place! My fur child comes here two to three times a week for daycare. They're always so happy to see him and he quickly forgets about me as soon as he enters the gait. He is so worn out at the end of the day, it makes for a quiet evening at home after a long day of work. My work schedule is not set in stone so he doesn't attend the same days every week and they have been very accommodating with that (I believe they have quotas of dogs per personnel so some days they're full). This is the first puppy I've ever had. So needless to say I was not trained. I signed up for class and we were off and running. The facility is wonderful. They have a nice selection of pet items from toys to food. The amenities are great. One of the best experiences I've had was the training classes that were conducted by Jessie. What an amazing person and an phenomenal trainer. I left with confidence that I was equipped with enough tools to become a good puppy owner. Thanks River Oaks!
We took our 12 week old Golden Retriever puppy to the 4 week puppy class and loved our instructor Lindsay. She did an amazing job and was very knowledgable. I would highly recommend Rover Oaks for training.
I've been using rover oaks for daycare and boarding since I move to Texas 9 yrs ago and so happens that's when they opened up. At one point I had 6 dogs from Newfoundlands down to a Yorkie. I can't say enough about the care and attention they give each and every dog ( I especially watch when it isn't mine and they treat all like it's their best friend. ) To the person complaining about kennel cough... I recently enrolled my baby girl, Lola (50 lbs. 7mnth Golden Retriever) into the Day Training Program @ Rover Oaks-Katy (we choose the 4 week program; they offer 2, 3, 4 week programs). Her trainer, Jim, is doing an amazing job training my Lola-and she's learned so much in one week. Even though she's only been in the program for a week, we have seen an amazing change in her behavior. We're super happy and amazed! I've boarded my corgi at Rover Oaks Pet Resort in Katy, TX about four times and I'm very pleased with their services. I feel safe entrusting my dog in their care. Here's why: 1) They have a professional and friendly staff. Every person I've dealt with their was friendly and good with the animals.
