Rover Oaks Katy is the only place we will take our two high energy labs. We board our pups several times a year and take them to doggy day care a few times a week. The staff members are great - they are so patient with our dogs and really seem to look out for their health and well being. Knowing the dogs are in great hands gives us piece of mind when we have to leave town, even for long periods of time.

We love this place! Have taken my pups to 3 different boarding places each one leaving us disappointed. Found this amazing resort and we will never go anywhere else! When you check out you get a report card of how your pet did during the stay. I love reading all the sweet things they write. Each one is personal and you can tell they have taken the time to get to know your dog and their personality. My pups always come back home smelling great! We love Rover Oaks! Our dog loves this place! The caretakers know her by name and are true dog lovers. We had an incident where our dog got a small puncture wound and we noticed it when we took her home. I called Rover Oaks and they took care of all her vet bills! It gives us the peace of mind that even if she does get hurt, we won't be footed with a vet bill. This is a great day care. I've been taking my pitt mix puppy for the last year and a half. After spending lots of money replacing chewed up remote controls and sofa cushions I decided that my overactive puppy needed a little extra playtime so I decided to give day care a try and this place was recommended by my vet. My dog is high energy and a little neurotic but the staff is always so caring for him, even remembering him by name as they see us coming in for doggie day care. The boarding is also excellent and he loves going back all the time. If he didn't like it he would drag his feet, but he barks and wiggles his butt with excitement every time.

We have been lovers of rover oaks for a year now. They have continuously made us so happy! From doggie day care, boarding, birthday parties and customer service they are excellent! This weekend though they blew us away. My father had a heart attack and we needed to get to him ASAP. Erin got Finn in right away and they offered to keep him as long as we needed. We didn't have a reservation and I was so worried we wouldn't get in but they saved the day! THANK YOU ERIN AND ROVER OAKS KATY!! We love you guys!!

We enrolled my corgi puppy into their puppy class and he did great! The experience of interacting with other puppies definitely helped him become more active and not as shy around other dogs. He also has learned to wait for his food, sit and lie down! The instructor was very nice and helpful! We also board my corgi/mix at their facilities and every time we pick her up she seems so happy and tired! Which is good because then she naps for the rest of the evening. Great facility!

Love this place! My fur child comes here two to three times a week for daycare. They're always so happy to see him and he quickly forgets about me as soon as he enters the gait. He is so worn out at the end of the day, it makes for a quiet evening at home after a long day of work. My work schedule is not set in stone so he doesn't attend the same days every week and they have been very accommodating with that (I believe they have quotas of dogs per personnel so some days they're full). This is the first puppy I've ever had. So needless to say I was not trained. I signed up for class and we were off and running. The facility is wonderful. They have a nice selection of pet items from toys to food. The amenities are great. One of the best experiences I've had was the training classes that were conducted by Jessie. What an amazing person and an phenomenal trainer. I left with confidence that I was equipped with enough tools to become a good puppy owner. Thanks River Oaks!
