My dog Jasper got to stay here while I was in Chicago. He seemed to enjoyed himself. When I dropped him off he was crying - he doesn't stay places often - but when I picked him up he didn't want to leave. He also got a groom while staying there and turned out perfect. So glad I have this place a shot. Oh, and they mailed him a thank you letter after our stay (I'll post a photo). He was appreciative.

I love this place. They do a great job and I feel comfortable with my dogs, even my old one, staying here. Their grooming group is the best. I have a 16 year old dog that has been groomed for 15 years. Her best cuts are here. They are also super careful with older dogs and monitor their vitals to make sure they aren't stressed out. They are just the best.

We signed our 9 month old golden retriever up for day training 2 weeks ago as well as one weekend of lodge and learn. After the 1st day we noticed a big difference! Our trainer, Sam, has been very helpful with teaching our dog Jingles but also giving my whole family tips and tricks to help us continue the training at home. She even made a picture handout of training techniques for our young kids! I am so glad that we found this awesome training program! I highly recommend Rover Oaks for both overnight lodging and training!

Our dog always looks great after a groom or any of the services here. The times we have boarded him he has been happy and healthy upon return (and without any kennel cough like we have experienced at other places). Recommend Rover Oaks 100%.

We started bringing our Labradoodle to Rover Oaks for grooming after an unfortunate experience at another grooming facility. During his first visit, the groomer spent at least 5 minutes on the phone with me describing what they would do and giving tips for up-keep at home. Our pup has never looked better! The staff at Rover Oaks is friendly and professional. I know my dog is well cared for while he is there.

My dog Shadow was recently groomed at Rover Oaks while he was being boarded. This was his first time being groomed there and they did an admirable job. I was impressed at how clean he was. He's a Shih Tzu but I asked that his face be cut really short, esp. around his eyes and mouth as his eyes are weepy from eyedrops which he needs daily. I inquired with this facility about training for my puppy. As a new pet owner, I had a ton of questions. There were very patient and answered all of my questions and provided pricing information and different options. I ended up going with another facility that was closer to my house, but I wouldn't hesitate to try Rover Oaks in the future based on their top-notch customer service!

My family took our 6 month old Rhodesian/Boxer mix to Rover Oaks in January of 2016. She did the lodge and learn program for 4 weeks. My family and I came weekly for training and updates. The change in our dog is amazing. She came in as a hyper, inattentive, 60 pound jumper. What she has become is a wonderful dog who listens and has great manners. Our dog, Annie, loves staying here when we can't take her out of town with us. She also loves getting to spend the day running around with her friends at daycare. Staff is great and you can tell that they really care about the animals and care for them as if they were their own. We won't go anywhere else.
