Just terrible to work with. I have been hung up on numerous times, I cannot get them to report my mortgage to the credit bureaus, so my credit report makes it look like I do not have a mortgage, which makes it more then difficult to secure a refi. Their office does NOT return calls, I have had 4 different agents promise to call back.. nothing!!!! I have been given the run around since April 28th, 2021. I have spoken with Norma Jannise, Joan Mellow who's a Manager and 4 others. I have been told contradicting information on each call. Please have someone with the right, consistent answer call me. Thanks. Poydras, zipcode-70769

My home equity loan was sold to Rushmore Loan Management services. They are TERRIBLE at servicing the loan. They keep you on the telephone for hours and never follow up with the things they promise to do. They tell you that someone will call you back within 24 to 48 hours but they never do, They never have any notes on the previous phone calls or what actions they were suppose to take.

Received such unprofessional treatment from Rushmore. We were assisted by a woman named Arlene, and she was beyond horrible to our family. The words “worthless” should never come out of a the mouth of a customer service representative. As a loan servicer, you are helping people at potentially the lowest points of their lives, and that’s how you act? Absolutely unacceptable, do not use this business for your loan needs.

I can't imagine a more horrible experience than using Rushmore Loan Management Services. My HELOC was transferred to them, I subsequently used my HELOC balance through Rushmore, and then started paying off in sizeable amounts. One month's payment was late by several weeks, due to my not knowing payment wasn't scheduled in their system. Because of the lateness, they suspended my ability to use the account for A YEAR! By far the worst mortgage provider out there. Gateway Mortgage sold our mortgage loan to these guys and not only are they non responsive I have had to file a FCRA claim against them for refusing to accept that we did not want to use their insurance choices. RUN AWAY FROM RUSHMORE

I am very disappointed in the service. The escrow unit wanted me to believe they did not receive my quarterly bill for November 2020, be and cause they wanted to take advantage of the City of Newark extension for the residents who could pay. I advised them I needed my taxes paid asap because of refinancing at a lower interest rate and my closing date is approaching. WORST Customer service and organization to deal with. I paid off the loan in full in March 2020. They requested a letter called the Suspension and close equity Line of Credit form on March 16th, 2020. I faxed the document and called back on April 28th to confirm that when my final documents will arrive. To my intense surprise, I was told by the Customer service lady name Gail that they do not have the form. I refaxed the letter on 4 /29/20 and kept the confirmation for future reference. My mortgage was sold to Rushmore 2 months ago. Just as Covid started making things challenging in the US. My small business closed. I called 6 times for help (because their website is just a revolving door to repeat windows) and received 4 different options for help - but they couldn't help, I'd have to call another number, or call another date.
