My mortgage was recently transferred to this company. Customer service has generally been pleasant but they are not on the same page. I get a different answer on timelines / document requirements every time I call. The agent assigned to my case doesn't seem to do anything unless I call, and every time I called it was one of her co-workers that pushed the process along. I don't know if its incompetence or indifference, whatever it is, its borderline criminal.

My loan was transferred in February along with my escrow balance. They are not paying my home insurance payment, but still charging me additional escrow to cover it. I’ve been unable to get a payment processed online, called, left a message, and never got a call back. Every time I call now, within business hours they say their offices are closed and to call back during business hours. this company was worse than covid19 virus during the emergency times. hours and hours of wait rude agents, no forbearance program reporting late on credit
