Part of my pay is tips so I don’t always know how much my pay will be, it would be nice if there was some more flexibility changing my payment and I could make it up later

Feel lied to and cheated. My loan was billed in the middle of the month and at the start of the new year it suddenly changed to the 1st. Now my account is locked and I can't make online payments. These guys are scummy and I do not trust them.

On every call I get incorrect responses to my question or I get unsolicited information. For example - I asked what my loan term was and the date of the final payment and was given the incorrect information which I challenged. But the rep continued to insist that the information provided was correct. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the rep suddenly discovered they’d been looking at someone else’s loan.
