The questions I asked, was answered in a very professional manner, so I am not that stress and fearful anymore.
Feel lied to and cheated. My loan was billed in the middle of the month and at the start of the new year it suddenly changed to the 1st. Now my account is locked and I can't make online payments. These guys are scummy and I do not trust them.
