SCAM SCAM SCAM ?????? if you use this pest control agency you will be sorry dishonest i got to a point i told them not to spray my yard and if you do i will vote you for trespassing, they still sprayed only my side yard billed me, i had to finally cancel that card decline the payment at the bank, fair warning if you use these guys i wish you luck
I rarely complain about companies but this one I feel others need to be made well aware. I signed a 3 application service last year. They did an average job - still had pest issues and they missed massive wasp nests which were clearly mapped out for them the first application. After my 3 applications, my security camera picked up that there was someone services outside. The following day I received a charge. I also was sent an email that you are unable to reply to. This company is a scam. They rope you into a contract that is impossible to get out of. Even if you only agree to a certain time frame and then want to cancel - say youre moving out of state - its impossible to cancel. You have a customer portal online, but you cant ********************** anything within the portal. Instructions regarding cancellation state that you have to call customer **********************. I had the absolute worst experience with Edge Pest Control. 1. I had an initial rodent inspection that was a $225 charge. I was told if I signed on for a one-year contract that my $225 would be placed as a credit towards my annual ****. Lie #1, I was still charged the initial inspection in addition to the annual fee.2. I was not sent the service agreement forms. I called the call center who said they would send it to me, and they did not. Lie #2.3. Persistent salesmen that do not respect my neighborhood when we tell them to please get off our property. In the most recent encounter, the salesman would not respect my wife who needed to tend to our screaming newborn child. After notifying the salesman **** times we are not interested and to leave our property, he still would not leave and explained that he has a child and its okay. Dont ever come to my property ever again.
Edge Pest Control Service is a scam. I unsuspectingly signed their air-tight contract and my nightmares began. First the spraying was done, and immediately following that, the calls, text messages and emails began. I asked them to **** me via mail and I would promptly pay my ****. I rarely write a review, but this company deserves a poor one. Trying to reach them always involves a lengthy waiting time, their service is impersonal, and customer satisfaction seems low on their list of priorities. There are lots of pest control companies and I encourage your careful review of policies, procedures, and priorities for the company you choose.
WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE! DON'T DO IT. EVERYTHING SOUNDED GREAT BUT THEN I WENT TO CANCEL BEFORE MY FIRST SERVICE AND I SPENT A TOTAL OF 90 MINUTES ON HOLD TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE AND NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE. CALLED THE REP WHO SOLD THE SERVICE TO ME AND IT WENT STRAIGHT TO HIS VM AND HE NEVER CALLED BACK. I READ THE SERVICE AGREEMENT, PRINTED THE CANCELLATION FORM, TOOK IT TO THEIR OFFICE IN ***** ** AND IT WAS LOCKED, AT 11:35AM. WHAT A CROCK!!
