Do not use this service unless you want your house destroyed. Broke all our solar outside lights and sprayed our stained timbers and caused the stain to buckle and peel. Will cost you money to fix all the things they tear up while they are there. Find someone else who takes pride in their work!!!!!
The service itself is inconsistent. Sometimes a technician will do a great job. The next trip the service will take less than 5 minutes. Canceling service is near impossible. They bounce you between salespeople and emails and texts and back to salespeople. The salespeople then tell you they are not authorized to cancel service. I finally threatened that I would call the police if they come next week because they would be trespassing. Then they had a representative call me and try to reduce my 150 dollar service charges. Edge Pest Control does not know how to treat for pest or customer **********************. The only thing there good at is charging you than when you tell them you had cancel they say oh I'm sorry we don't show that but you still have to pay . Than say you need to talk to collections now. Don't believe any guarantee because there stuff doesn't work. Run from them and call a better Pest Control. Make sure you have camera's on because they will say they did the job when they only did partial.
Contacted this company for service signed a 1 year contract they auto debit our account which was full filled for the 1 year.. Our contract ended in April of 2021 they continued to come out again in July and no one was at home left a card on my door saying they sprayed outside. I did not authorize this to be done our contracted had ended. This company is terrible! they had me set up initially on auto pay every quarter for $130/mo. I contacted customer ********************** to get it changed to monthly and take me off auto pay. I got 2 months in to paying on my own before they drafted my debit card the full $130 again! I contacted customer ********************** and they refunded my money. A rip off! This company will over charge your card after one initial visit to your house. When I set up for services the rep stated that the service would be $289.99. I look on my CC statement and its a charge for $89.99 as well. The rep did not discuss this fee with me. This company then wants to charge you every 3 months $119.00 and $99.99. This is obscured. I have used Edge Pest Control for over 5 years. In the beginning they always took care of my crawl space and even moles. First they informed me they were discontinuing their mole service but I assumed they were continuing to monitor my crawl space. I even talked to their service techs about checking the space. We are gone for 6 months of the year and I trusted that Edge was continuing to monitor our crawl space. SCAM - they convince you into signing a contract and then change the terms. I agreed to quarterly service, but now I'm told they need to stop come back for another visit 30 days after the initial visit...and then they'll be back in two months because my quarterly service started based on the first visit. So that's three visits in 3 months...each time charging me fees. MONEY GRAB!!
this company *****. they told us that they would reservice until gone. I now find out that they want to charge me agian for the same problem that they have been. coming out for a year for. I will never use this company agian
