We had recently moved into our new home and they jumped on us quick. Started telling us about all these great services and how affordable they are. I should have seen the red flag when they started pressuring me to sign on with them by providing me a discount on the first service. I contacted edge pest services office about their very poor quality of work, or should I say lack their of. Told them they weren't even spraying no where near what they were supposed to. They would come out spray 1 out of 3 windows, bypass my porch, would leave wasp nest there, would not knock them down. And leave spider web's in tact. This company promotes that they guarantee their services and 100% of their product. I called to let them know that after almost a year of service many phone calls and many resources that the application of their product or the product itself just isn't working I called and spoke with somebody who claimed to be Justin out of Utah who was a corporate account manager and express my concern of not receiving a service that I have been paying for. Harassment! They are showing up to my home during the COVID-19. I no longer have a contranct and they insist on trying to get into our home. They have continued this for months. I have called the police on them. Do not waste your time
Bottom line - I paid $619.00 for 5 services and they killed the small bugs but the Vols are still all over my yard/ I called the company and they don't have solutions other then to keep coming out and keep charging me. I don't recomend you sign there contract for services like Vol mitigation. Also they are pest control not a pest remover - I told them i'm not happy and they did nothing except charge me.
This company is not a company you want to get involved with. While the chemicals they use prevent spiders on my home, it also kills many other useful insects. They will NOT provide you with any information about what they are spraying all over your home and grounds. Second, they really like to come to your home at their convenience, any time of the day, any day they choose. Edge Pest Control is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I agreed to a 2 year service contract and tried to cancel my service with them after 1 year. They will charge you anyway for the service you will not receive. They were rude and threatened collections if I would not pay. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I called to cancel my agreement, which they charged me for all remaining services and then after my contract was done, they serviced my property again, AFTER me telling them not to! Then I didn't pay for it and they sent me to collections. It was cheaper to pay them off then pay an attorney to fight it. I will hate this company till the end of my days and will ALWAYS tell people NEVER to call Edge pest control. I have a sign outside of property that says do NOT call edge pest control.
I signed up for their services after reading all the positive reviews. However, after I got the service they did not show on scheduled appointments TWICE. I wouldn't usually be so upset about it except they never called me to let me know on those days that the tech would not be out. So I sat there all day and waited for no one to come.
