This company will lied to get your business. Promising something they will not complete. Guarantee 6 months and problem solve! Well not the case and when I called they simply said that there were other things to consider, not sure what..but that was it..and they continue to schedule appointments...which clearly have lost a customer and will not recommend it..at least be honest and say, it may need more than 6 months, considering what ever...but don't guarantee it, at 100% . Never again!!

They don't tell you they are coming until they are on their way. They expect you to be a customer for two years and when you cancel them early they send you a bill for canceling ($194.77)!!!! Terrible company.Kate J.

How can this company have an A+ rating with the KC BBB with all of these horrible complaints? I talked to Edge the other day and was seriously considering them for a raccoon problem but probably now will not follow up. Does anyone have anything good to say? How about you BBB, are these complaints legit? Why the rating if so? I am leaving a 1 star rating only because I can't post without a rating. I have not worked with these people so don't know them or their work but it doesn't look good.

Devyn should be ashamed of himself. Do not lie that you serviced a house and charge them $120 when you didn’t really show up. Picked the wrong house to not service! I have a ring doorbell that records all activity during the day that shows you never showed up. Also, the bate box that you lied in your report and said you serviced is right next to my ring doorbell and you weren’t here. my house and Bate box are both still COVERED in spider webs so there again is a sign you did not show. FRAUDULENT business practices DO NOT USE THEM - I had over 4 years of contracted service with this company, and when I tried to cancel, because I was not happy with their service anymore, as they did not provide quality work or the services they promised, I was told there still a balance on my account for future services due according to the contract. I had an Ant issue in my apartment. I called for a quote from edge and made it very clear I was not wanting a contract or long term agreement because we would be moving out about three months following the service. They said that was great and they were super awesome about getting the tech out to us. He was very friendly and it was all great. When he was done, he asked for some signatures and then left. Cheater. Not telling the real price before we signed up with them. They told us there would be one regular service every three month and each one has a cost. And there would be one "follow up" service 4 weeks after initial service. But they didn't tell us the this "follow up" also cost a regular service fee which is very expensive. Misbehavior of sales man. When the sales man came to my home, he shows us the map of our neighborhood and a list of their customer name, address and service time. Deceptive business practice in Kansas STAY AWAY. Nothing but trouble. I wish I read the reviews first. Called for service for a rental house. They offered a yearly plan which I said was too much. Then they offered a 5 treatment plan and I could then determine if that took care of the rodent problem and then they would ask if I wanted to continue. I said sure. This is a scam, came to my door under the guise of selling a one time service, put the high pressure sales techniques on so I caved and told myself "it's $75 to get this guy to leave, whatever". What I didn't know, and what they definitely did not make clear, is they have you sign a contract for 2 YEARS for like $1,000. I tried to cancel and they say they can only cancel if you pay a $500 early cancellation fee, this should be criminal. If you see one of their guys come to your door tell him to leave immediately.
