Do not explain there policys to customers skip appointments and say they made mistakes and definitely not considering customers take off work for a scheduled appointment thats not kept costing me a 300 day of wages. Would never recommend this company to anyone
It is very hard to cancel! Would never hire them again! Moved from a house to a condo and they wouldnt let me cancel unless I paid for the rest of the year. When they came out to the condo they only did outside which took 5 minutes and paid for the house price. My last service was going to be May 4th, 2021 and call on April 30th on hold for 20 minutes and then was told I couldnt cancel I would have to call on May 4th. To cancel on the 30th I had to pay 50% of my last payment and they wouldnt come out to spray! Dont get into ... read more
Do not use this company. They say they'll provide pest control services and then never show. Complete scam of a company. You've been warned. Please learn from my mistake.
If it were possible I wouldnt give you any stars. But that wasnt an option. So first Id like to begin by saying, edge pest control is one...if not the highest service you can pay for. Thats not the issue. The issue is, you dont get the kind of service that they advertise. Sloppy with the spray, saw bugs shortly after he sprayed, they dont show up when scheduled, and when asked to come back to respray its the same crappy service. Company is a total scam. Their treatments are ineffective, they say someone stopped by and sprayed and want to charge you $120 when they never did anything. I dont think they use chemicals that are any better than you can get at ********** and their technicians have zero training except in how to pretend.
My experience with Edge was not just disappointing, it was appalling. The technicians had to be monitored and coaxed to actually perform the service as contracted. Their solutions damaged the surface of my windows. Could not get a response about the issues until I got nasty about it. They dismissed me completely. I asked for compensation for the damage. They scoffed. I asked for a refund of my money as I was not remotely satisfied with anything they did. They denied any effort to make good on their obligations.
When Edge first began service in my home, I was satisfied with their service. In August, 2020, I called Edge and told them that I did not want their service for the last of August, 2020. I told the representative that I would call them and reschedule. He tried to convince me to keep appointment or he could move to a later date. I said no and that I would call and reschedule. Edge came anyway and did not the service that I did not authorize. They charged me a service that I said that I did not want at the time. They kept call... read more
We were told that we have to call on the day of the last service in our contract to be able to stop the automatic renewal of the contract. And we have to call after the last service has been performed. If we don't call that day, they will automatically renew the contract! What? They said they CANNOT cancel it now so it will not renew automatically. We have to call back on the last service day or they will automatically renew the contract.
The people on the phone are friendly until you have a complaint. Then they're just downright rude and dismissive and it took me forever to reach a conclusion that I'm still not happy with. We've had them come out 4 times now and have only been present to witness the first and the most recent visits. They never give me more than a date for when they're coming (no window of time, no confirmation calls, no contact when they are on their way or when the service is completed; they don't even ring the doorbell when they get there,... read more
