We were very pleased with Safe Basements. Our project hit a snag and the problem was remedied. If took several weeks to rectify. Safe Basements worked with us, putting the job on hold until we could correct an unexpected plumbing line in their way. The crews they sent were very experience and professional. We are confident they identified the cause of our problem and used appropriate techniques to solve it.
Work to secure basement walls was done professionally and quickly completed.
They did an awesome job!!! They were on time, took as long as they said it would, and didn't leave a mess!! They installed drain tiles and sump pump in the basement. Very pleased with them and the work they did.
We were very pleased with Safe Business’ recent process and installation of new drain tiles and sump pump to address water issues in our basement. The sales rep explained all the steps involved and was knowledgeable about dealing with older homes. Work crew was efficient, very neat, respectful and consulted with a supervisor to provide additional expertise. We’re happy with results and would recommend them to others!

Jake ******got back to me right away with an estimate. Alex and his buddy got the job done in about 2 hours and cleaned up after theirselves. Yard look good I would recommend them anyone who I end up in conversation with about wall issues.
I waited to review until work was completed for a half year. We had SafeBasements install a Radon Mitigation system. We also had them replace our sump pump system. Sales person was very knowledgably. Explained exactly what was going to be done and how it would work. No pressure. Installation was professional. Work is neat. Results performed exactly what it was supposed to do. Crew did excellent work on stabilizing the foundation to our utility room. Would most definitely call on Safe Basements for any future needs.
