Very pleased with the job done installing foundation tile. Everything was covered and left absolutely no mess. Had sinking sidewalks. The Tech leveled, sealed and cleaned the area effectively and efficiently. A few days later I noticed a 3 spot in the crack seal had sunk. A call to Safe Basements and a Tech was quickly available and fixed the issue. The Tech was courteous and efficient. The work was fabulous. Would highly recommend this service to anyone needed sidewalks leveled.

Work was done efficiently, took extreme care to keep the mess down which can be difficult when taking out concrete. He put plastic up all around which left minimal dust and no mess left. Very good quality work and pleasant to have in our house. I highly recommend them.
Safe basements was an amazing company and overall experience! They were always on time, got everything done efficiently and did a great job! The workers were so polite and kind, explained everything very thoroughly. I truly think they went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. the crew was very professional, courteous and clear about what they were doing and when they were going to be finished. The work area was clean and clear of any materials. Also, when I asked them to come look at my basement, they gave me several options of how to mitigate the water in my basement. We were very pleased with the work SafeBasements did to address some significant cracks occurring in our basement block walls. Starting with the assessment, they communicated well throughout the whole process. They installed piers to stabilize the walls which gives us the confidence that we will not have any more change in the foundation settling.
