Great job. Workers were very knowledgeable, quality work with no time wasted. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Explained what was happening and going to happen. Also gave great instructions on what I needed to do after installation( tightening of the rods). Mentioned serval times if I needed help or had any questions later to call the office and if that was not enough some one would come out to the house to help.
Their design was better than the other bids and the work was completed timely and the job was well done! Would definitely recommend them!!

This is an honest company with kind and respectful employees. We had an excellent experience. They fortified our foundation, replaced our sump pump and raised our front walk. They didn’t try to gouge us on the price, they completed the work in a timely manner, the employees were all wonderful to work with. Safe Basements is an excellent company.
Safe Basements were very responsive to a basement water issue. The manager kept me informed of the schedule and next steps. They did high quality work, and came back a week after the cement steps/flooring had been poured and even cleaned. I would highly recommend them. Dani F
4 day waterproofing job. Our estimator Chad educated us in all types of solutions, informed us about our basement needs and options, and didn't try to sell us any solutions for problems that didn't exist. SafeBasements of Minnesota Inc was amazing. Not only were the prompt, they followed up, explained the process and the gravity of the situation in an understandable manner. The fixed my house as quickly as possible and made my 100 year old house solid again. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. Five stars aren't enough.
I have had Safe Basements MN at the house two (2) times. Initial installation went around most of the basement. The 2nd trip was to go around the remainder of the basement. I did this intentionally (2 visits) to best handle providing working clearance & not having to empty out the basement, just move things around. Everything with SBM was great, Jake the estimator, both crews that did the work. 100% satisfied, nice neat job. I absolutely recommend SBM. That's saying something as I am a bit particular. KP
