I have had Safe Basements MN at the house two (2) times. Initial installation went around most of the basement. The 2nd trip was to go around the remainder of the basement. I did this intentionally (2 visits) to best handle providing working clearance & not having to empty out the basement, just move things around. Everything with SBM was great, Jake the estimator, both crews that did the work. 100% satisfied, nice neat job. I absolutely recommend SBM. That's saying something as I am a bit particular. KP

SafeBasements of MN did an OUTSTANDING job! This can be a very stressful situation and EVERY member of the team was supportive, highly knowledgeable, customer focused and had excellent skills to complete our project well and promptly. They always explained what was going on, the steps needed to repair and answered any questions with patience and knowledge. They are at the TOP of our list for a recommendation! Fantastic company!

Wow! Couldn’t have had a better experience than we just had hiring Safe Basements to come and waterproof our basement. We have a turn of the century farmhouse so water in our basement has been a reality for a very long time here. From our initial contact of setting up our appointment everything was flawless. Great Experience for top to bottom and A to Z. Throughout the entire process, the communication and contact with any part of the organization was outstanding. They made everything easy and took the time to answer any questions and concerns before the crew showed up. The crew was very professional and friendly and worked efficiently, conscientiously and quickly. They covered all walkways and hung plastic to contain dust. We had a pretty good experience with Safe Basements. The estimator was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to schedule within a week of putting down our deposit. The hiccup we had and unnecessary stress came when one of the installers jackhammered through our drain pipe. Accidents happen and we are very understanding of that. We were not super happy with how the installer handled the repair. He gave us the impression that the pipe was not in good condition and told us to get a plumber out there. Safe Basements of MN was recommended to us by our contractor to secure our foundation. They installed an impressive anchoring system to the walls in our basement and a new sump pump, with battery back-up, The office staff and work crew were professional, competent, friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. We are pleased and impressed with the work completed by this company and their customer service!
