Wow! Couldn’t have had a better experience than we just had hiring Safe Basements to come and waterproof our basement. Great Experience for top to bottom and A to Z. Throughout the entire process, the communication and contact with any part of the organization was outstanding. They made everything easy and took the time to answer any questions and concerns before the crew showed up. We had a pretty good experience with Safe Basements. The estimator was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to schedule within a week of putting down our deposit. The hiccup we had and unnecessary stress came when one of the installers jackhammered through our drain pipe. Accidents happen and we are very understanding of that. We were not super happy with how the installer handled the repair. He gave us the impression that the pipe was not in good condition and told us to get a plumber out there. Safe Basements of MN was recommended to us by our contractor to secure our foundation. They installed an impressive anchoring system to the walls in our basement and a new sump pump, with battery back-up, The office staff and work crew were professional, competent, friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. We are pleased and impressed with the work completed by this company and their customer service!
James and the crew did an awesome job with our basement project! They were timely and worked very hard to get the project completed in the allotted time. They cleaned up the area every day before leaving. After the project was complete James went through a final inspection with me to make sure the project was completed to my expectations.
